Some years ago we completely renovated and changed the layout of our house. On the ground floor we decided to knock the living/dining/kitchen area into one large space to accommodate children, dogs, family and friends into one communal, social space. I didn’t realise how difficult it would be to make it work! Becky came in and helped me to rearrange sofa, rugs, tables, chairs, pictures to make our large living area homely and cosy but at the same time retain the sense of openness. I loved her approach of linking the space to our well being as a family. It wasn’t just about making it look good, it was about how we live and how we relax. It was personal and it worked.
